Robin is white and has no desires at all to be or "act black.""We had to hit every ethnic group, because that's the world we live in," said Mo'Nique. "More and more you see young people from different backgrounds interacting and being friends. And this book deals with their issues."Does the book deal with more gritty issues, like the molestation that Mo'Nique recently revealed in her own life? "You have to read it to find out," she chuckled. "But talking about my molestation was something I had to do. It happens, unfortunately, to so many little girls and little boys every single day. People keep asking me how could I come out and talk about what my brother did. Well my question is, 'How could I not?' I was basically walking around in prison for years keeping that secret. And I decided that I wasn't going to my grave in prison. It's because we don't talk about those things is why so many of us so damaged."Mo'Nique plans to use her novels as a platform to get young people and all people thinking about their lives and making a difference. "Not only is this book for young adults, it's for us too," she said. "We're nothing but kids with grown up faces. My book questions your character and your judgment. Even though Eboni is thirteen, somebody who is forty-three can pick up and learn from it, because I did."

Georgia Mom Abandon's 12 Year Old Son in Nebraska

A Georgia woman took advantage of a loophole in a Nebraska law to abandon her 12-year-old son in Lincoln last week.

And now Georgia officials are on their way to Nebraska to bring him back. Tysheema Brown, 33, said she tried everything she could do to help her son before driving over 1000 miles to take advantage of Nebraska’s “Safe Haven” law.

The law was originally intended to protect unwanted infants. Every state has a Safe Haven law, but Nebraska is the only state that does not have an age cap.

In Georgia, the age cap to abandon a baby without fear of prosecution is 3 days old.

Since Nebraska’s law took effect in July, 20 children ranging in age from 1 to 17 years have been dropped off at local hospitals. Critics of the law argue that it was never intended to allow frustrated parents to abandon teenagers.

“This law has had serious, unintended consequences,” Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman said in a statement. “It needs to be changed to focus on its original intent — protecting infants.”

Heineman said that the state legislature intends to meet to amend the safe haven law so that it only applies to infants up to three days old. The next legislative session isn’t until January 2009.
Brown saw no other option but to drive to Nebraska after her mom told her about Nebraska’s Safe Haven law. Her son had been kicked out of two schools for fighting and he was arrested for stealing a camera. Brown feared he would end up in the state’s badly run juvenile corrections facilities.

“I just broke out crying,” said Brown, who drove over 15 hours straight with her son and 7-year-old daughter. She left her son at Lincoln General Hospital East on Saturday night. “I ran out of fight. I ran out of hope,” she said. “I never ran out of love for my child.”

Brown said when they reached Nebraska her son turned to her and said, “Mom, do I have to go?” “Yes,” she replied. “You have to go.”

Jennifer Hudson Nephew Possibly Found!!

Hey guys, I have some bad news. Today the Police found the body of a young boy following a search for Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson's 7-year-old nephew, who has been missing since Hudson's mother and brother were slain last week.

A child’s body was found in a white GMC Suburban at 1313 S. Kolin Avenue on the West Side of Chicago this morning. According to neighbors, police at the scene identified the body as that of Julian King, 7, the missing nephew of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson.

His mother Julia Hudson, 31, was accepting friend requests on her Myspace page this morning at least an hour after the boy’s body was found.

The truck was found about 13 miles from Jennifer Hudson’s childhood home where the bodies of her mother and brother were found shot to death early Friday (SEE MAP).

A neighbor called police at 3 am this morning to report the vehicle had been in the neighborhood since Saturday. The neighbor looked in the truck’s window and spotted the decomposing body of a boy. William Balfour, who is estranged from Hudson’s sister Julia Hudson, was arrested late Friday at the home of his pregnant girlfriend — a few miles from where the truck was found.
Balfour was released to the dept. of corrections early Sunday for violating his probation in a case unrelated to the murders. He was not charged.

The truck was towed from the scene an hour ago. A Chicago police spokesman released no information about the discovery.

An Amber Alert was issued Friday after Julian was reported missing after a family member found his grandmother and uncle shot to death inside the family’s home in the 7000 block of South Yale Avenue.

Missing from the home was Jennifer Hudson’s brother’s 1994 white Chevrolet Suburban with Illinois license plate X584859

Crimes Committed By Women

BRADENTON, Fla. – Authorities say a woman has been arrested in west Florida after pouring scalding hot water on her husband’s groin. Manatee County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a 52-year-old woman on Wednesday on a charge of aggravated battery with great bodily harm.

The woman was being held at the Manatee County jail on $7,500 bond.

Authorities say the woman boiled the water and threw it on her husband’s groin while he slept. He sustained second degree burns and ran out of the house screaming while a relative called 911, according to a sheriff’s report.

The man was flown to a Tampa hospital for treatment. The report said the woman did not give a reason for pouring the water on her husband, but said she had been drinking alcohol.

Ok, we all know he musta put his scribbled up thing somewhere it didn't belong.

Authorities were called early Friday to Thomas' Westchester County home, where police said a 47-year-old man was taken to the hospital and treated for an overdose of sleeping pills. Several media outlets reported that police confirmed it was Thomas who went to the hospital.
But reached on his cell phone Friday, the 47-year-old NBA great told the New York Post he had not been treated for a sleeping pill overdose, and that it was 17-year-old daughter Lauren who had a medical issue.

It "wasn't an overdose," he told the newspaper. "My daughter is very down right now. None of us are OK."

Hall forcefully refuted Thomas' statement.

"My cops ... know the difference between a 47-year-old black male and a young black female," Hall said.

"These people should learn something from Richard Nixon -- it's not the crime, it's the cover-up," he added.

Isiah Thomas Overdosed on Pills

Former Pistons coach Isiah Thomas overdosed on sleeping pills the police are reporting. Police in Harrison were called to the NBA legend’s home around midnight last night to investigate a report of a possible overdose on sleeping pills.

Thomas who was fired as coach of the New York Knicks earlier this year; was also recently sued by a former Knicks employee who accused him of sexual harassment and won. Thomas and Madison Square Garden reached a settlement with the woman last year.

Published reports say the call came in just after midnight, describing a 46-year-old male at the Azalea Circle home. It was not indicated whether drugs or alcohol were involved. Thomas is 47.
New York Knicks officials would only say that Isiah Thomas is fine.

The body of Jennifer Hudson’s mother Darnell Donerson was found by Jennifer Hudson’s sister Julia around 2:45 PM yesterday. Julia called 911 to report the shooting. She also reported her 7-year-old son missing. Police arriving on the scene found Hudson’s brother Jason shot to death in a bedroom. An Amber Alert issued for little Julian King is still in effect. Anyone who has seen a white Chevy Suburban with Illinois license plate X584859 is asked to call Chicago police immediately.

Police say the assailant fired through the door hitting Hudson’s brother Jason Hudson, 29 Donerson was shot when she entered the living room after hearing the shot. Police found Jason’s body in a bedroom. An autopsy completed today showed defensive wounds on his body. Hudson’s brother-in-law William Balfour, 27, is in police custody but he has not been charged in the murders. Jennifer Hudson visited the morgue overnight with family members to identify her mother and her brother. Hudson’s 7-year-old nephew Julian King is still missing. The FBI has been called in to help in the search for Julian.

The suspect in the slayings of actress Jennifer Hudson’s mother and brother is now in custody.
Police arrested William Balfour, 27, last night in Chicago. Balfour’s mother, Michelle, said her son had been married to Hudson’s sister, Julia, 29, for several years, but they were separated. She also said Donerson had ordered him to move out of the family’s home last winter.

A relative found the body of Darnell Donerson, 57, lying on her living room floor around 2:45 PM yesterday. Police arriving on the scene found the body of Jason Hudson, 27, in a bedroom of the home he shared with his mother. Both victims had been shot multiple times. The front door was unlocked.

Police made several arrests last night but no one has been charged in the case according to law enforcement sources who spoke to the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times. Police spokeswoman Monique Bond said investigators were talking to “a number of people in custody” but she declined to elaborate.

The whereabouts of Julia Hudson’s 7-year-old son, Julian King, is still unknown. An Amber Alert was issued for Julian yesterday. The boy was initially thought to be Balfour’s son, but Balfour was incarcerated during the time Julian was conceived.

Balfour was convicted and sentenced to 7 years in prison for attempted murder and car jacking in 1999. He was paroled in 2006. Julian was born in 2001.

Published reports indicated William may have stolen Julia’s car in recent weeks and was barred from the family home as a result. In a caption posted under a photo of her brother Jason, Julia noted that Jason was picking her up from her job where she worked as a school bus driver because, “William bitch ass sold my car.”

Paul Ciliano, a former Chicago police officer and CBS News consultant, said the Englewood neighborhood where the crimes were committed is “probably the toughest neighborhood in the city of Chicago. “This is notoriously violent area, the most shootings and car hijackings and tough-and-rumble place on the South Side of Chicago,” he told Early Show anchor Priya David.

Members at the church where the tight-knit family worshiped said Jennifer Hudson offered to move her mother out of the area, but Donnerson refused to leave.

“These are such difficult times,” said the family’s pastor, Rev. Willie R. Davis, of the Progressive Baptist Church. “To lose a mother and a brother at one time — and then to lose them under these circumstances would be difficult for anyone. We just have to wait until the opportunity permits that we can sit down with them and have prayer. Jennifer is a very strong lady. She is deep-rooted in her faith. We know that through it all, she will get through.”

CBS News correspondent Cynthia Bowers reports that Hudson returned to Chicago last night after news of the deaths. But her sister Julia was still accepting friend requests on her Myspace page as recently as this morning. She is said to be “numb”. Hudson recently announced her engagement to David Otunga, best known for his stint on VH1’s reality show “I Love New York.”
The star is asking for privacy in her time of grief. Her Web site jenniferhudsononline.com is already filled with condolence notes.

Jennifer Hudson’s sister Julia Hudson made an emotional plea today for the return of her son who has been missing since yesterday afternoon when Hudson’s mother and brother were found shot to death in their home.

Questions had been raised concerning Julia’s whereabouts when it appeared that someone logged into her Myspace page to accept friend requests this morning:

The older sister of actress Jennifer Hudson pleaded for the return of her missing son at the family’s church on the South Side of Chicago.

Julia Hudson made the public plea Saturday for her 7-year-old son, Julian King, who was reported missing Friday from the family’s home. The same day, Hudson’s mother and brother were found shot to death in the home.

Julia Hudson said Jennifer Hudson flew to Chicago after learning the news and the sisters have “been together since.”

The 31-year-old woman spoke from the church podium with the boy’s father, Greg King, at her side. She said her son “doesn’t deserve this.”

“All I ask, I don’t care who you are, just let my baby go. Please. I just want my son,” the actress’ sister, Julia Hudson, said in a tearful plea for the safe return of her son at Pleasant Gift Missionary Baptist Church, the family’s church.

Asked if anyone would want to take the boy, she said, “I don’t know. I don’t care. I just want him back.”

Julian’s father, Greg King, spoke outside the church briefly. “I just want my son,” King said. “He needs to come home.”

Julia Hudson said her son was very close to his grandmother, who took care of him when Hudson went to work.

Speaking to the public, Hudson said, “I want you to keep your eyes and your ears open.”
Hudson said the deaths of her mother and brother has left her close-knit family “in a state of shock.”

“It hurts,” she said. “I don’t know what else to do besides pray.”

Rudy Ray Moore, aka Dolemite, passed away on Sunday at the age of 81.

Comedian Rudy Ray Moore, has died after an extended illness at the age of 81. Moore, whose real name was Rudolph Frank Moore, passed away on Sunday in Akron, Ohio from complications of diabetes, as reported by Eurweb.com. The actor/comedian is survived by his daughter and only child, Yvette “Rusty” Wesson, and leaves behind his 98 year-old mother Lucille.The funeral services will be held in Toledo, Ohio as well as Spokane, Washington where his mother and the rest of his immediate family lives, as told to Eurweb.com. At this time, the exact dates have not been confirmed. The comedic icon is remembered as the uniquely articulate pimp (”… rappin’ & tappin’ is my game!”) from the 1975 film “Dolemite,” and its sequel, “The Human Tornado.” The persona was developed during his earlier stand-up comedy records.

Dolemite was swirling it up in the 70’s and was big in Blackxploitation films. RIP Dolemite.

Smyrna, Ga. police are reporting that they were responding to a gunshots fired call when they spotted Jennings' Vette hightailing it away from the scene.

A chase ensued and Jennings eventually crashed. He was charged with felony weapon possession by a convicted felon. and he faces charges of attempting to elude, as well as discharging a firearm near a public highway and refusing to take the sobriety test.Lyfe -- real name Chester -- was in prison from 1992-2002 after being convicted of arson.

Mom and Son Cremate Their Relative on a Grill

Kathleen Theresa Allmond of Corning is shown wearing a necklace that sheriff’s investigators say contains a piece of her mother’s skull. The white portion of the necklace that encircles a medallion-shaped object is believed to be a part of Ramona Yolanda Allmond’s skull, Capt. Paul Hosler said. This photograph was posted on Kathleen Allmond’s MySpace Web site, Hosler said.

A Corning pair accused of cashing a dead relative's retirement and Social Security checks after they allegedly cremated her body on a makeshift barbecue behind their Edith Avenue home last year were arraigned Thursday in Tehama County Superior Court.

Kathleen Theresa Allmond, 50, and her 30-year-old son, Tony Ray, made their first court appearance since their arrest on Sunday, but failed to enter pleas on two elder abuse and theft counts, both felonies, and one misdemeanor count of unlawfully disposing of human remains.
They are tentatively due back in court on Tuesday when they are expected to enter pleas to the charges. A preliminary hearing date may also be set at that time.

Bail for the mother and son was increased from $30,000 to $50,000 each. Citing a possible flight risk, the Tehama County District Attorney's Office had asked that bail be increased to $100,000.
If convicted of the charges, the pair could face a maximum of five years, six months in prison, District Attorney Gregg Cohen said.

The bizarre case, which has garnered international headlines and extensive TV and Internet coverage, broke on Tuesday when the Tehama County Sheriff's Department revealed the pair's arrests and the baffling circumstances surrounding the allegations.

Allmond is the daughter of 84-year-old Ramona Yolanda Allmond. Tony Ray is Kathleen Allmond's son. After Ramona Allmond died in December, Kathleen Allmond and Ray left her body lying on the bedroom floor for a week and then moved it to a concrete culvert behind their residence, said Capt. Paul Hosler of the Tehama County Sheriff's Department.

Hosler has said that they placed the body inside the culvert, which they used as a makeshift barbecue, and cremated it by burning a continuous olive wood fire for up to 17 hours. The family had used that barbecue to cook their Thanksgiving turkey only a few weeks before Allmond's death, he said.

The two are accused of cashing about $25,000 in Ramona Allmond's retirement and Social Security checks after she died.

In another twist to the case, Kathleen Allmond, who has said that she smokes marijuana daily, made a necklace with a portion of her mother's skull, which she wore around her neck, Hosler has said.

She posted a photograph of herself wearing the necklace on her MySpace page, he said.
Evidence gathered from the makeshift barbecue, believed to be human bones and dental remains, has been sent to Chico State University for analysis, but Hosler has said that it may never be known how Allmond died.

He said deputies began investigating the case on Saturday after being asked to check upon the elderly woman's welfare by a son living in Southern California.

A cunning newlywed (Kelly Forbes) strangled her husband (Michael Forbes) to death to inherit millions, only to discover she'd killed her spouse for nothing because he'd left everything to his parents.

The jury dismissed Kelly's claims of abuse and claims of self-defense. Her credibility was crushed after the prosecution revealed lurid tales of her illicit sexual escapades, including regular daytime trysts with a male flight attendant.

Michael owned a successful New York barbershop, two fast-food restaurants and real estate. In no time, the conniving Kelly seduced Michael into falling in love with her, even while she slept with a slew of other men behind his back.

The couple settled in a million dollar mansion which featured an inground swimming pool and a waterway lined with private docks. Even as Michael lavished affection on his 8-year-old stepdaughter Kadeshja, as if the girl was his own. Kelly continued catting around all over town with different men.

In November 2007, Kelly called the cops to their Long Island home. When officers arrived, they found Michael dead. Kelly lied and told cops that Michael had attacked her that night in her sleep, pulling an electrical cord around her neck, trying to strangle her. She added that she turned the tables on him, kneeing him in the groin, grabbing the cord and strangling him.

Prosecutors and the jury didn't buy it and couldn't figure out why Kelly waited 78 minutes before calling 911.

Former Houston high school teacher Adrianne Hockett, was found guilty on one count of sexual assault of a child. The victim, a 15-year-old special needs student reportedly met with 26-year-old Hockett in her apartment where the two engaged in sex, drank beer and smoked marijuana.Prosecutors described Hockett as a woman "thirsty for sex" who gained the trust of the boy's mother by offering to tutor him.

In November 2004, three teens claimed their 33-year-old teacher, Senorita Walker, paid them a total of $5,000 in exchange for sex. The boys reportedly came forward after Walker decided to end the arrangement and move on with her new life with her new boyfriend.
According to assistant state attorney Mary Anna Planey, Walker approached her victims at a basketball court at the beginning of the summer. "She got his telephone number and a few days later called him. She picked up the victim and another victim, drove them back to her home, where she did perform sexual acts on these two boys." said Planey.
The former special education teacher provided money for sex, supplied marijuana and alcohol to the minors. Prosecutors said she provided them with a written statement implicating herself in the crime.

Murdered: Emma Forrester was hacked with a meat cleaver by her husband. He claimed he was provoked when she changed her marital status to 'single' on Facebook.A husband who hacked his wife to death with a meat cleaver in fury over her Facebook entry was jailed for a minimum of 14 years at the Old Bailey today.

Wayne Forrester, 34, drank alcohol and took cocaine before driving 15 miles to the family home to attack wife Emma as she lay in bed.

The couple had separated four days before the murder in February and Forrester later told police he had been provoked by his wife changing her marital status to "single" on her Facebook entry, the court heard.

Forrester, a HGV driver, admitted murder in February this year in New Addington, near Croydon.

Emma was found in a pool of blood after neighbours were woken at 6.30am by her screams. Near her body was a large kitchen knife and in another room a blood-soaked meat cleaver.
Jailing him for life, the Common Serjeant of London Brian Barker QC said: "Your wife ended the relationship. Your reaction was one of anger and resentment.

"There is no possible excuse or justification.

"This is a tragic killing of a young woman and what you have done has called untold anguish."
The court heard that the Forresters had a "volatile and unstable marriage characterised by periods of separation and reconciliation".

Alex Lewis, prosecuting, said that while Forrester was in and out of work and cared little for family life, his wife took two jobs to make ends meet.

Her parents supported the pair financially and moved home closer to them to help their daughter.

Four days before the murder Forrester moved out of the family home to stay with his sister in Paddington. He repeatedly called home and threatened to kill her.

Ms Lewis said: "He was angry about an entry on Facebook he said made him look like a fool as she had advertised her marital status as single. He accused her of having an affair."

It went down on Mulholland Drive in L.A. in the early evening. Someone called from Cornelius' home and LAPD responded to a "domestic dispute."

After arriving on scene, they arrested 72-year-old Cornelius on charges of felony domestic violence. He was taken to the LAPD jail in Van Nuys where his bail was set at $50,000. He was released at 5 AM.

Elgin Lumpkin "Ginuwine" is Back

Alright, right now I live in the DMV. I've lived all up and down the East Coast and during my late high school years I moved to PG County in the DMV. I went to Forestville High School, graduated in 1986 and lived in the now defunct Oxford Knolls Apartment Complex. And guess who else lived there.

Mr. Lumpkin himself, or Elgin as I we all called him. Though I haven't seen Elgin (Ginuwine) in for ever, I always knew he was going to be a star.

Back in school at the Ville....Elgin was the Ish. I'm a short girl; but He was a tiny little thing. He was shorter than me. So imagine my shock when Pony came out and he was what? Like 6 feet tall. I still remember the year we all did the talent show. It musta been 1986; the year I graduated. At that time, I thought I was gonna be a rapper. I was Lady D a honorary member The Majestic Force a little group originally put on by Kevin Lyles of formerly of the Numarks and Def Jam fame. Anyway, I loved Dougie Fresh so me and couple of friends did Ladi Dadi and tore the house down. But old boy did a Micheal Jakcson rendition and tore the damn house down. He also sang happy birthday to my mom over the phone as a favor to me.

Anyway, if anyone asks him about me, Ariette, he might be like "Who??" But if you ask about Danielle . I know he'd never forget. Not that there was ever anything between us but friendship....He wasn't my type. Not to mention he had a snotty nose back then. But on the real, me and my girls used to wreck havoc at Forestville and in the Knolls. So I know he couldn't forget me.

Any, I said all that to say, ol boy Ginuwine, Mr. Pony; or Elgin as I call him is back. Here's a recent excerpt from a press release regarding his upcoming return.

Old Pancake Mix Might Kill You

DEAR ABBY: I recently made a batch of pancakes for my healthy 14-year-old son, using a mix that was in our pantry. He said that they tasted "funny," but ate them anyway. About 10 minutes later, he began having difficulty breathing and his lips began turning purple. I gave him his allergy pill, had him sit on the sofa and told him to relax. He was wheezing while inhaling and exhaling.

My husband, a volunteer firefighter and EMT, heated up some water, and we had my son lean over the water so the steam could clear his chest and sinuses. Soon, his breathing became more regular and his lips returned to a more normal color.

We checked the date on the box of pancake mix and, to my dismay, found it was very outdated. As a reference librarian at an academic institution, I have the ability to search through many research databases. I did just that, and found an article the next day that mentioned a 19-year-old male DYING after eating pancakes made with outdated mix. Apparently, the mold that forms in old pancake mix can be toxic!

When we told our friends about my son's close call, we were surprised at the number of people who mentioned that they should check their own pancake mix since they don't use it often, or they had purchased it some time ago. With so many people shopping at warehouse-type stores and buying large sizes of pancake mix, I hope your readers will take the time to check the expiration date on their boxes. — SUE IN WYANTSKILL, N.Y.

DEAR SUE: Thank you for the warning. I certainly was not aware that pancake mix could turn moldy and cause an allergic reaction in someone with an allergy to mold — but it's logical. I wonder if the same holds true for cake mix, brownie mix and cookie mix. If so, then a warning should be placed on the box for people like me.

Damn who knew. I actually dont' even keep my pancake mix in the refrigerator but I will from now on.......Jeez..

In Other Celebrity Like Inmate News: Lawrence Phillips

Former football star Lawrence Phillips was sentenced Friday to 10 years in prison, two years after he was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon.

The sentencing was repeatedly delayed while Phillips fought to withdraw a guilty plea in a domestic abuse case that could have led to a stiffer sentence.

Phillips was convicted in 2006 of seven counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
The 33-year-old former Nebraska running back has been jailed since August 2005, when he drove onto a field near Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and his car struck three boys, ages 14 and 15, and a 19-year-old man, who suffered cuts and bruises. The car narrowly missed three other people, prosecutor Todd Hicks said.

Phillips was allegedly upset after losing a pickup football game to the youths and accused them of stealing some of his possessions.

"When he gets angry and he feels disrespected, he acts out with blind rage," Hicks said in a telephone interview after the sentencing.

In court, Phillips tearfully apologized to one of the victims.
"I'm sorry that your leg is messed up," Phillips told Rodney Flores, after hearing the young man tell the court that he was unable to pursue his dream of playing high school sports as a result of being hit when he was 16.

"I'm sorry you have to come in here like this," Phillips said, adding that he "wanted the chance to say I didn't mean to hurt people."

Superior Court Judge George G. Lomeli said Phillips should have thought about what he did.
A call to Phillips' attorney Leslie Ringold was not immediately returned.

Sentencing was delayed while Phillips tried to withdraw a 2000 guilty plea to hitting a woman he had been dating during a confrontation at the Beverly Hills Hotel, the prosecutor said.

The plea stands as a strike against Phillips under California's "three-strikes" law, which mandates tougher sentences for repeat offenders.

Phillips contended he was coerced into pleading guilty to domestic abuse and making a criminal threat, resulting in a brief prison term and three years of probation.
His attempts to withdraw the plea are continuing, Hicks said.

October 03, 2008. DENVER — (AP) A 30-year-old Denver mother has been charged with sexually abusing her 2-year-old son, according Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey.

Alicia Lee is free on a $50,000 bond after she was charged with sexual assault on a child, sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, and aggravated incest, all felonies, Morrissey said. According to the charges, Lee performed oral sex on her son and took photographs, sending them through e-mail to a friend who forwarded them to the 2-year-old boy’s father. The father then called police.

According to a copy of the e-mail reported by the Rocky Mountain News, the mom told her friend in April that she thought about the sex act while changing the boy’s diapers. The next day, she sent a photo of herself performing the act to a friend and said the boy giggled when she performed it.” The sending of possible child pornography material via e-mail is being referred to federal authorities for review,” a news release stated. Lee is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on Sept. 29, to be formally advised of the charges against her.
